How fast can I get a machine live?
For a first unit we recommend air freight — roughly 6 to 9 weeks from order to a set-up, revenue-ready machine. Larger orders ship by sea for better economics.
Will the packs jam in the coils?
No — we spec the coil pitch and drop to your exact product (cased packs, blind boxes, whatever you're vending). Send us a sample and we build around it.
Do payments just work in the US?
Yes. Machines ship with a US-configured Nayax cashless reader — tap, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You activate it under your own merchant account.
What about warranty and support?
Every machine carries a 1-year warranty with US-based support. We're a real company you can reach, not an overseas listing.
Can I monitor the machine remotely?
Every unit includes the Heron Cloud dashboard — real-time sales, inventory levels, and low-stock alerts from your phone or laptop.
